24-Month Warranty
We guarantee the quality of MiniCat for 24 months. Although we are committed to perfect quality, if you find the product damaged upon arrival or different from your order, please contact us. Send an image of the damaged part (under 5MB) to info@catamaranjapan.jp. We will inform you whether your warranty claim has been accepted and how to proceed.
Important Notice: Our warranty does not cover damages due to accidents, careless usage, improper handling (including transportation), general wear and tear, or damage from lack of maintenance. The maintenance method for MiniCat is described in the assembly manual (printed matter) included with MiniCat. Please read the manual before use.
As a general rule, we do not accept returns of non-defective products.
